I used Mcrae Services through Home Depot. It was a fast and efficient process, getting my water heater replaced. James and Jacob were kind and professional. I wound up having the company replace a toilet that was leaking the very next day, since I was so pleased with their service.
While doing some yard work I noticed water standing outside our crawl space door. I opened the door and saw that our basement was being flooded. We called three companies that had worked for us before and no one could see us that day. My neighbor recommended McRae's as they had used them before and were happy with them. We called them and they quickly responded. Thank You to Brent Deal who had the leak detected and fixed within 30 minutes!!!!. The price was reasonable, they were professional and explained the problem to me. I did not catch his partners name but Thank You so much! McRae's will be my plumbers from now on! There is obviously a reason their rating is so low. Both their work and their word are garbage. We did not hire them, they were subcontracted for a project we had done in our home. In the end, not only did they do the job correctly because they sent someone who wasn't trained to do the job, thus causing the installation not only to fail, but they also caused damage to the surrounding area which recquired repair. Mccrae refused to honor a warranty that was well within the range. I would personally never recommend this company.
