MILITARY FAMILY here! Gave 3 stats cause i feel they could improve on price and installation. We had an exterior spicket replaced because the inside pipe within the wall had busted due to removing the protective covering earlier then we should have. (????) A late freeze caused the pipe to bust because water was in the line. They did a fantastic job. However, I have 2 things that I feel like are minor but still deserve attention. 1: they didn't caulk around the new piping to seal it from getting water or anything behind the spicket in which could cause corrosion. 2: They charged $550 to come to Clinton TN to do this only. I feel like that's a little pricey. They were here from 8a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Next time I'll attempt the repair myself. Very happy with the repair though. I'll Caulk it myself. Cliff and Brandon were fantastic. They showed up on time, did a great job repairing wind damage to my siding, and were very helpful throughout the process. Attached are before and after photos.
