Tim kept working at finding the blockage using more than one access point. It turned out the blockage was in the line outside the house which is unfortunately hard to access the way our plumbing is configured. He then used a camera to see that there is a problem in the line. He is a problem solver, and also polite, tidy, and considerate too. Much thanks! Service: Drain cleaning
