Tim was friend and did a great job. This was an after hours emergency call, so the price was a little higher than I was thinking, but all and all I was satisfied with the service. I was amazed at the speed that Tim got to my house too. I put in a request and he was at my house and working on my repair within the hour. Service: Faucet repair
I saw a lot of negative reviews, but my experience with them was totally different. Everyone I spoke to (on phone and in person) was perfectly civil and knowledgeable. They were able to get a plumber out to repair a leak in less than 24 hours, whereas Pipewrench and Hiller would have taken over a week (nothing against them, but I needed help faster than that). Also, the job was done quickly/efficiently in less than two hours and for a reasonable price. They are relatively old-fashioned in some ways, I guess (paper invoice instead of writing it up on an iPad, for example), but to me that is no reason to complain. Service: Plumbing leak detection
