I used to call the big companies for years and spent all kinds of money on work that usually wasn't as good as the independent guys. Ryan has definitely impressed me and will be my go to plumber. Ryan has done several jobs for us now. Replacing the water pressure regulator, installing a new toilet, fixing a broken toilet handle, saving us when we had a pin hole leak near the HVAC unit, installing all new water lines in the basement of our main home. Ryan is the only plumber in Knoxville you should consider working with. We had an issue with a substantial copper pipe leak on a Sunday night, Ryan answered the phone at 9:30pm, couldn't make it but offered a quick solution over the phone. We had another company, I wont name, come out and waste 3 hours of my time looking at the leak just to strong arm us and say the couldn't make the emergency repair unless we signed a ridiculous $15k contract to overhaul all our plumbing. I called Ryan immediately and he showed up 2 hours later and patched the leaks in 15 minutes for about $15k less. Honest, reliable, punctual and affordable.
