Solid Spruce Handyman Construction

We hired Steve to help with our dog door in our new home and all I can say is, even with gas prices, I’d be happy to cover all of the cost to get him back in our state if we ever need a handyman again! There are a lot of things that we, as consumers, judge when shopping for anything. We would like a fair price, exceptional customer service and for the product/service to live up to our expectations. When you hire Steve, you will genuinely be ruined for any other home improvement companies. The way that he communicates and cares, it’s as though he is working on his own home! We have 3 boys, 5 dogs and 3 cats and he went out of his way to come back and check on his work before he moved out of state to insure that it will hold up to the elements and that no animals would be hurt while using it. Hands down, the best man for the job!

Steven and his company are AMAZING! They saved us in a huge bind when we hired another contractor who couldn’t do the rest of the work. He had a full schedule, but squeezed us in and I’m so thankful. He is beyond courteous, respectful, and cleaned up after himself which I really appreciated. He is also a perfectionist and makes sure the work is done the right way, not the easy way. It is really, really hard to find reliable contractors and I really wish we’d found him instead of the first person we used. Highly, highly recommend!

Steven was just awesome! We needed a handyman to come help reattach our kitchen sink. Steven came within 24h, solved the issue within 2 hours, plus went above and beyond by also noticing and solving a leak. Definitely getting him back whenever we need help!
