We had a great experience with Smith Handyman! We needed some siding replaced after a storm carried a piece off of our top story. After many attempts with other handyman services that were either no-shows or never replied to us, Smith was easy to get a hold of, very professional, came on time, handled the repair very quickly, and did a great job! Matthew and Caleb were our “handy men” and they were very efficient and kind!

I am extremely happy with my new porch and deck. Everyone at Smith was so helpful. Thank you to Cody and Kevin for making this process so easy and pleasant. We had an informal agreement to have all or most of the core parts of the project complete by the end of this month due to a family reason, and we were assured at every step that we were on track until we heard the permit approval process was taking longer than expected. We learned Smith waited on the plans to apply for the permit because, in the past, permits had taken 2-3 weeks to be approved. I’m bummed and feeling a bit like it was a bait and switch. Smith has been friendly throughout, but the communication has not been good, consistent, or reliable, and the permitting issue is one that could have been anticipated better.
