Polite and professional bunch of guys. Allen kept in touch while we waited for our home warranty company to do their part, and on installaltion day, the guys who came out did a great job changing out the fans from our 20 ft ceiling. They came prepared for the job and were in and out quickly. Great company. Would call again for any future electrical needs!

I was very impressed with Truitt's employees all around. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and spoke very politely. Their service coordinator was easy to talk to, the technician who came out to my property was personable and worked very efficiently. Would definitely recommend this company, I'm planning on getting their security system installed soon - will update on my experience with that as well!

I just got a letter for debt collection from Meritt Webb on behalf of Truitt Electric - for a job that they never did! As a matter of fact, back to a few months ago, the Truitt people only came to do estimation and they were 2 hours late than the scheduled time. They told me that they would waive the estimation fee (there was a fee just for them to come out) due to they were way late. I did not choose them to do the job later and I never received an invoice, as it should be! I was never contacted by them afterwards. And of course, Truitt won't have any proof that they did the job. Clearly they could not even keep track of jobs they did or not! What a messy management! EDIT:: Just saw the reply below from the owner. NO - I never received any invoice till the collection notice! I just tried to call the company but no one picks up the phone. I emailed the company and got no response yet. Again, nope, they did not do the job!
