Truitt Electric

My wife Kim and I purchased a home roughly a year and a half ago. The home was about 2 years old at the time. Recently we had an issue with our street light that Truitt installed when the house was new. Mike Truitt and his team stood behind their work when most would not. Hats off to Truitt Electric.

Polite and professional bunch of guys. Allen kept in touch while we waited for our home warranty company to do their part, and on installaltion day, the guys who came out did a great job changing out the fans from our 20 ft ceiling. They came prepared for the job and were in and out quickly. Great company. Would call again for any future electrical needs!

We bought a new stove and when Patterson’s came to deliver it we found it was straight wired into the wall. They were concerned for safety and suggested we get an electrician to install a plug. Calls we made to get estimates. All were it’s a small job so it maybe 2 weeks. When I called Truitt the lady on the phone was concerned in our safety and said let me see if one of our guys can’t get out this afternoon. She called back in less than 30 minutes with a estimated time for him. In less than an hour she called back to say he was tied up on the job he was finishing, but she had another person set up for an hour later if that would work. I said of course. Less than 1 hour and the serviceman called to say he had finished his job early and if it was ok he could come sooner. He gave a time and was here 15 minutes sooner. He was polite and comforting we were in no danger. He was here to give an estimate but said if ok he would go ahead and do the job without making us wait a day. NOW HOW IS
