I rarely write reviews. My experience with a company either has to be extremely poor OR extraordinarily great for me to do so, and I’m happy to say that in this case, the latter is true of my experience with Standard Air. When my AC went out earlier this summer, I reached out to Forrest (thanks to a coworker’s recommendation), and he immediately got a technician out to my home. They were timely, courteous, and made a temporary fix so that I would be comfortable while waiting for a new unit. They went up to bat for me with Goodman since my unit was still under warranty, they maintained communication during the waiting process, and they installed the new unit the day after it arrived at their shop. The guys who did the install noticed a problem with the emergency heat and let me know about it. They could have let it slide since I wouldn’t have realized the issue until the winter (and maybe not even then), but they were men of integrity and wanted to make sure that everything was done rig

We woke up this morning with no heat and after my husband tried what all he could do get it working told me I needed to call help. When I called Standard I spoke with Amy who went above and beyond to get us help today! She’s so friendly and helpful! Forrest texted me he was 15min away literally 20min later and this is when Knoxville is freezing and everyone is booked up. Forrest was super wonderful and the 2 guys that came later were as well. They had my heat back on in no time and were reasonable. I can not thank them enough and I will not be using another company as long as they are around. Service: Heating system repair
