I had my a/c unit replaced. They were very efficient and kind. I also had pipe wrench replace a toilet a couple of weeks later. The price to replace it was quite high but I needed it done. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been kind and respectful.
Pipe Wrench got a technician out to see us very quickly. Our tech (Noah) was very professional and personable. He was able to explain our issue to my wife and I without drowning us in the technical information that we didn’t understand. He was also very kind to both our dogs and made an effort to keep the volume down while working as our newborn was sleeping. Would recommend, WILL use again.
