Then when he got here was clean with appearance and work and replaced two old burned out UV lights with LED’s for what I thought was a reasonable price and actually lower than two other companies we called. David was prompt, courteous, and quality-conscious. He ran some wiring for our deck project and hung the fans after the the aluminum ceiling was installed. I expected to have to hang those myself. He even rehung our cameras and fixed some pool wiring while he was here. Good guy who actually does what he says he’ll do and at the time he says he’ll do it. Hard to find these days! Top Tier has done 2 different jobs for me in the last few months. First job was installing an outlet over the fireplace for flat screen tv and an exhaust fan in the bathroom. They came up with a creative solution for the fan due to the restrictions as there was not an existing fan. The second job was completed today. We needed 2 outlets replaced in an island since we took out a chest height bar wall. Another job that required creative. Both times they were very responsive, on time, and stuck to their estimates.
