Got a quote to change a hose bib and repair a toilet. The toilet repair was $425. I fixed it with a $19 part. The quote for the one item, that wasn’t really the priority, was so insanely high, that I didn’t consider the other bid for the hose bib at all. Also, paid a $76 trip charge. Aside from the price, the service tech was prompt and professional.
I have a 200 plus year old home with many of the original pipes. . There were a lot of multiple needed fixes. The professional team worked well together, were diligent, and on time. They had to come to my house many times and even after hours. Kudos to all of them. I would recommend them to anyone. Found that my outgoing sewer pipe was leaking where it exited the crawl space. Christian came out and identified the problem quickly - a fitting had blown off the pipe. He replaced the fitting and a short section of pipe - had it completely fixed in about an hour. Christian was very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend. Service: Sewer repair
