I appreciate that Danny and Zach were able to come out the same day and get my AC up and running. The price for the capacitor they replaced was steep, but worth it to not have to pick up and stay somewhere else, especially since my wife and I work from home. Danny and Zach were easy to talk to and made sure I didn't have any questions before leaving. Would have given 5 stars if they were able to have my warranty part in the truck or if they could at least take a good amount off the mark-up on the capacitor. Overall, still a pretty good experience.
Kevin was a huge help! Very knowledgeable and friendly. He's been here several times to service and to help us out. R&M has a great employee with this guy and hope he services us again with the service contract.
Made an appointment the night before. Koby and his partner arrived on time and were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, my home's AC system was too far gone to save at 30 years old and far behind on maintenance but I was able to arrange for a an entirely new system to be installed tomorrow at a great price. R&M are the go to AC repair folks my family has used for the last 20 years. They've never let me down. Edited: Gus&Marlon just left my house after installing an entirely new system.
