My experience with Busy Bee was top-notch. They took care of my needs much faster than I had any right to expect. Stephanie, the receptionist, and Carter Sutton, the technician, were both prompt and thorough in communication. Busy Bee will be the first one I'll call for future plumbing needs. Edit: 2nd time using Busy Bee. Change the technician name to Zach Scott, and everything else applies to an equal degree.
Our hot water heater went out & reached out to a couple of businesses for quotes - hot water heater and water treatment/descaler. Gary Scott with Busy Bee came out and walked us through everything. Explained, answered questions, gave us options and even when asked gave us his opinion. We ended up doing the hot water heater replacement, new water treatment system and had our whole house repiped. Seth Sullivan and his team did all the work. His crew was professional, polite, explained and walked us through what they did. I can’t say enough about this company. Professional, polite, cleaned up before they left and our piping looks for neat and tidy (under our sinks and behind our toilets). I recommend Busy Bee hands down - I now even have my daughter using them. Oh and don’t forget to sign up for the Bee Hive - well worth it!!!! They beat all the offers but $3000.
