The booking process was easy and they were able to answer my questions immediately. Clarence came out and was very professional and explained everything he was going to do before he did it. These guys were awesome! I filled out a form a week ago, the lady called me the same day about 10 minutes later to get us scheduled! I've never experienced good customer service like these guys. Not to mention Jeremy was really great as well, he called me ahead of time before he got here, was fast in/out while still doing a great job, even cleaned up after himself and was super friendly and kind. Service was extremely affordable and reasonable which you can never find these days. 11/10 recommend Thompson and Jeremy especially! Service: General repairs
