Rick and his guys came out and installed our new HVAC today and were wonderful! I contacted him about the job and got a free quote and once we were ready he got us scheduled WITHIN 2 DAYS of me reaching back out. Very timely and professional and also very knowledgable about all things heat and air. He gave me some great advice about programing our new unit with ways to save money and reduce stress on our new unit. I have known Rick for a long time and he is a VERY reliable and trustworthy person and runs his business the same way. My husband and I have personally had very bad experiences with a couple heating and air companies in the knoxville area and we are so relieved EZ heating and Cooling has come to town!

We had issues with another local company and used Rick at EZ Heating and Cooling to come put a second set of eyes on our failing unit. With a storm fast approaching, not only did he do a very thorough inspection and diagnosis, but he expedited our service and came out within a couple hours of calling.
