We have always had great experiences with Russell and Abbott. Most recently, our AC died on a Saturday night. I called, and much to my surprise tech Hayden was at our house in 30 minutes….on a Saturday night! He got us back up and running very quickly. Stellar from beginning to the end! Jeff, in sales was excellent presenting my options, price and warranty. Installation team was very courteous and explained the process to me. The warranty included with Russell and Abbott is far above the rest! Installation took place much quicker than I would have imagined.
