Scott was very professional and kind. He was greeted by my 2 dogs (a very jumpy terrier and a beagle) and he let them love on him. He came to inspect my AC that hadn’t been working during the hottest week in TN. He was very thorough in explaining what was wrong with it and how to fix it. He also inspected the furnace. All in all, I highly recommend Russell and Abbott for all of your HVAC needs. They’re professional and affordable. Can’t get any better than that! What did I not like about this business: service technician was incompetent. The service technician that you sent was unable to repair my HVAC unit. So I had a salesman visit, and a replacement unit would cost me $14,914! I decided to get a second opinion, and found a local company that successfully repaired my unit for $385. Also, this unit was only 9 years old, and still under warranty. No one from your company recognized this. So, in short, you’re fired! Service: HVAC system repair
