We have used them several times already. They always call shortly after making the service request the same day and often the same day appt as well. The techs are professional and explain what they are doing and answer all our questions. This time it was for a free tune-up for the furnace before winter. The phone reps are great to talk to and the whole process is stress free and user friendly. So glad to have the company when we need them.

Had appointment with Tech to evaluate fire in oven -> needed new heating coil in oven and part ordered. Tech to return Thursday 12/22/22 to finish repair but never showed; however, the office called to reschedule the following Tuesday 12/27/22 (no apology for the "no show").. The same Tech arrived Tuesday and promptly installed the oven part and oven has been working fine since. The hard part was dealing with oven sitting in the middle of my kitchen, unable to use, over the Christmas weekend but it could have been worse (I could have been scheduled to cook the Christmas dinner, right?!). The technician left my washer disassembled and a business card to promote his used appliance business! When I informed them via email, they insisted on resending the same technician back out! No thank you! Scammers! Go elsewhere! Horrible Service! Service: Washing machine repair
