Awesome experience- discovered massive water damage down stairs after water heater ruptured during the night. Called Roto Rooter and they had someone at my house right after the first call. They took care of the clean up, their plumber came out same day and installed a new water heater. We were at least livable again by that afternoon. Very professional, highly recommend. Came out each day during the dry out phase to check on everything. I will never use anyone else. Nice to see a company with values and treat you and the job with respect.
