The process was smooth beginning to end. Chris Lewellen (Sales) was thorough and informative. Great customer service every time I called in and Shelby (management I think?) was also super helpful. The installation team led by Robert Rogers were careful in my home and respectful of my property. All in all a super pleasant experience. I called this company out to do a consultation. When they came out I paid $105 for them to look at my duplex and list everything that was found from water leaking in my home. Everything that was discussed and seen when they came out was never listed in the invoice that was given to me. They also went to the lady next door to me to see if her unit was leaking also. Whatever she told them & paid to keep from being honest in their report worked. Nothing they found or discussed from the water in the wall to the water marks in the attic was not listed in the report that I paid for. Never again will I use this company or recommend them to anyone else. This was a total waste of money. Update 9:42am: Not once did I EVER instructed or tell the technician to lie about what they seen. Not only did he call a 2nd person out to look at the samething he seen, nothing he spoke of verbally was documented on the report. AGAIN I STATE THIS WAS A WASTE OF MONEY IF THE TECHNICIAN IS NOT BEING HONEST AND C
