Is not reliable. Will tell you they will show up on a day with no time and have you wait ALL day. Then try to argue and make excuses. There are plenty of things I could have done on my one day off than wait on someone who will not show. What happened to honesty. Not to mention I was told it was fine to leave the heat set to on because it "wouldn't come on". I go to check on the house for something else after waiting all day and heat is on and running at 90 degrees. Yes I'm probably partial to blame because I left the unit on but It was because I was told it would not run. Unprofessional and incompetent! I feel this wouldn't have happened under the previous owner. Service: Heating system repair

All my dealings with Hughes Electric have been exceptional. They communicate well, are responsive to questions and concerns, and do excellent work. We had a 24 kW Generac backup generator installed for our home, and we could not be happier with the results. Within days of installation, the city of Memphis announced rolling blackouts, and our generator performed flawlessly. I would not hesitate to recommend Hughes Electric to anyone considering having a backup generator installed.
