Former employee. They do not care about employees or customers. It's takes several visits to fix the problem. The problems seems to get figured out as soon as your warranty is up.. They have alot of employees that doesn't know anything about hvac. I can go on but my hand is starting to hurt already.

Did not give me a receipt after I had paid but promised to email me one after technician get back to the office. Email never came. I took telephone recorded technician taking my money and saying I have paid in full

B and W did a great job installing my units. Mr. Bobbie and his crew were honest and great. I will be using them for both my properties for all my AC needs.
