I reached out to Brown Refrigeration for AC unit issues because of their great reviews but they have dissappointed me. They came out to look at the issues (the technician was great) but I waiting for a quote and never received one. I reached out for updates multiple times and never heard back. When I called, I was told I would receive a call back and never did. If Brown refrigeration did not want to do the work, I wish it was just communicated rather than to be ignored.
Jasmine and Billy came this morning to clean ducts and vents. ..and they were so kind, professional and were very careful about cleaning up. They were fantastic. Brown is the best as are Jasmine and Billy and Bill is wonderful as well.. Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning
