AFTER HOURS and WEEKENDS! The Friday night before we were headed to the beach I was in the garage packing my truck and noticed an odd sound coming from my breaker panel that sounded like a 1930’s science fiction movie (or bacon cooking). NOT good! I noticed this around 10 PM. It was the breaker dedicated to my HVAC system. I called several places I found on google and had NO luck. Even the ones bragging they have after hour techs. I’d call them, be told a tech would call back in 30 minutes. Never got a single call. So…I finally found Tim Ferguson and made the call around 12:30 am. Had it not been for my iPhone going into Do Not Disturb mode I would have seen that Roger had called me back around 12:45 in the morning (and he would have come out then to fix the problem right then). Not hearing the phone ring and growing tired of looking for a contractor I fell asleep knowing we were not leaving for the beach at our scheduled 6 AM time on Saturday. Our a/c quit working downstairs. I called Roger L. in the Memphis office yesterday afternoon. My husband tested positive for Covid, so I didn’t want to risk exposing anyone. Roger walked me through things to try to attempt to reset the unit. Nothing worked....the outside fan would not run. Roger arrived at 6am this morning. Our inside unit is in the basement storeroom and we have a door to outside, so we were able to have a contactless visit. Roger quickly diagnosed the problem, got the replacement part, installed it and downstairs is now cool......my husband is quarantined downstairs. Thank you so much, Roger Service: Repair HVAC
