My ac went out on a Friday night and i called Tim Ferguson on a Saturday. Not only was Roger Lemons here in less than 2 hours. He was very nice, informative, timely, and professional. A/C Service this time had a home warranty service they gave the number to call they told me it would be 4 days before they could get out so I waited and waited and left messages and never received any return calls so I got tired of waiting and i called the Home Warranty and ask if i could get someone else to do the work on the A/C because i had been without A/C since April 23,2022 the Warranty service hear it was Friday April 13, 22 . they said Okay cancel so that when i called Tim Ferguson thanks to them Roger check out the unit. They came out to fix a blockage in my main line that was causing waste water to back up into my downstairs master bath shower and tub for a cost of $419 ($330 + $89 service charge). The technician probably was there 15 minutes and the blockage was cleared so I thought, 4 days later the line was blocked again and waste water was coming into my downstairs master bath shower and tub the same as the first time, I called and told them that they were at my home 4 days ago to fix a blockage and the same problem was occurring again. They told me that it would be an additional $419 and there was no warranty and it was stated in my invoice. My invoice was emailed to me and had to be downloaded to view. DO NOT USE ANY COMPANY THAT WILL CHARGE YOU THE SAME EXACT PRICE FOR A PROBLEM THEY DID NOT FIX THE 1ST TIME. ASK A COMPANY ABOUT THEIR WARRANTY BEFORE THEY PERFORM ANY WORK AND USE ANOTHER COMPANY IF THEY TELL YOU THERE IS NO WARRANTY. Any company worth their salt regardless of warranty wo
