Our downstairs unit went out last night and we called Crowe this morning. We had a/c back before noon! Seth was the technician and he explained what happened and what he did to repair the issue. I cannot recommend Crowe enough!
No pressure program to purchase when I first had my old unit checked. Richard came twice to make sure all was done to get cooler air running. In the end, I'm grateful to have replaced the old old unit that I had. Financing options were simple and convenient. Great quality service, they arrived on time, finnished early, courteous, left things neat and clean and excellent price, everything was above and beyond with customer service and install. I definitely recommend Crowe Services!!! So grateful someone recommended Crowe Services to me!
Office was very responsive when setting up the appointment and they kept in touch. Courtavious arrived on time and diagnosed the issue and fixed it. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Crowe installed my unit many years ago and I keep coming back. They will take care of you. Highly recommend them and ask for Courtsvious to be your tech. You will not be disappointed.
