The repair man showed me how to use the new thermostat he installed and was great at the service. He even tolerated being jumped on by my big dog! Great guy and company!! Services: Install thermostat, Repair HVAC
Signed up for the annual maintenance contract ($310/yr) and just had my first service completed by Garrett. I'm impressed! He gave a 20 min heads up call that he'd arrive at 9am (window was 9-11am) and then he showed up on time. He spent a lot of time answering my questions and servicing the units, like just over 2 hrs! I really appreciate how detail-oriented he was!
