Absolutely terrible customer service and follow up. TL/DR.... Said they would quote a job, and said they would follow up, but they never did. Months later, they have no record of it. I had planned to use them for a very large project. I called and spoke to a couple different people. I got their email and I emailed the job scope over to them. After waiting for a quote for several weeks, they told me it would be several more weeks before they could even quote it. After waiting several more weeks and after several phone calls and emails on my part attempting to get a quote, they said they had no record of it. I sent the job scope twice and talked to two different people in an attempt to have them quote. They said they would love to quote it, but they never did, which left me in a tight spot for finding another electrician on short notice. One of the worst experiences I have had with a subcontractor, and I have been building houses, flipping houses and remodeling houses for over a decade.

Well, now that the Ice Storm of 2022 is in the history books, I am finally.back to normal. I lost power for 9 days and before MLGW could come out, the weather head connection had to be repaired. Ellendale sent out a certified electrician (required) and his apprentice. They called first, completed the job in about 1.5 hours and explained in detail the repairs. They even provided crucial information to pass on to MLGW which saved me 1 less day of outage. I give them my highest recommendation. Service: Electrical power restoration
