I had 3 toilets changed out. Hugo Plumbing was reasonable in today's times compared to many larger chains. The crew was on time and very professional. I decided to use their toilets for quality and warranty. IThey immediately separated to divide and conquer. They were quick but very thorough. The last installer checked 3 times before he left to make sure everything was just right. They are also family owned. I'll be using them for future plumbing needs.

Very experienced, knowledgeable, ethical, professional, and fast. Very particular about doing excellent work. I can’t recommend them highly enough. The final cost with Hugo was less than half the estimate I got from a company that advertises on TV a lot - all that advertising is expensive. I recently had a plumbing crisis. Days before Christmas, as the family was coming to stay for the holidays, my water main broke and we lost all water pressure.
