Chris Stepp was very timely and helpful…. Had never purchased a roof, didn’t know anything about it… Chris returned my call the day I called… Setup a time to come by and look at roof… After inspection of roof was given an estimate… Told Chris give me about a week to get other estimates… Russell Roofing came in about average on pricing…After1 week I called Chris and within 1 week had a new roof… Took them less than 5 hours to tear off old roof and lay new roof…. They cleaned up and no mess and were gone in 6 hours and never would’ve even known they were here…. The next week had a storm, no leaks…. I had a great experience with this company. I got 3 estimates and they came in a couple of thousand cheaper the other estimates. Also, the next closest in price was offering inferior shingles to those in the James Russell estimate. They put me on the calendar quickly once I signed up. The workers were professional, great clean up and the roof looks great. I knew nothing about roofing and feel really luck to have found these guys. Service: Roof installation

I chose James Russell Roofing because the initial assessment was thorough, detailed, and professional. They offered a good mix of newer roofing technology and a very reasonable prices (in the low/middle of the roofing companies we had make estimates). I contacted them nearly a year after our assessment to hire them and my estimate only increased slightly, less than I expected given how crazy lumber prices were at the time. They were fast, clean, and the workmanship is excellent. I will definitely be recommending James Russell to my friends and neighbors. Edit: Just used James Russell Roofing for the second time for a fallen branch repair. Mr. Stepp came out promptly to do his estimate and tarp the roof in the rain, which I very much appreciated.
