I chose James Russell Roofing because the initial assessment was thorough, detailed, and professional. They offered a good mix of newer roofing technology and a very reasonable prices (in the low/middle of the roofing companies we had make estimates). I contacted them nearly a year after our assessment to hire them and my estimate only increased slightly, less than I expected given how crazy lumber prices were at the time. They were fast, clean, and the workmanship is excellent. I will definitely be recommending James Russell to my friends and neighbors. Edit: Just used James Russell Roofing for the second time for a fallen branch repair. Mr. Stepp came out promptly to do his estimate and tarp the roof in the rain, which I very much appreciated. The technician that arrived, for the inspection, was punctual and professional. He inspected the roof and was honest about the condition. The team then quickly responded to a necessary repair, which was conditional to my closing on the property. The necessary supplies were ordered, same day, and the repair was completed in a very prompt manner. The office staff was also very professional and worked with me to arrange retrieval of the payment. James Russell Roofing is a great company to work with and I would use their services again.
