Our roof was damaged during the December 2021 storm; we were missing shingles across various parts of our roof. Michael came to do an inspection and to provide a quotation for repair. He immediately informed us that we should file an insurance claim for the damage. After the initial claim offered only to replace the missing shingles, Michael informed us that replacing only the missing shingles may cause further damage to our roof due to having to manipulate other shingles to get them installed. Additionally, he informed us about TN specific laws, which would support the need for an entire new roof. Michael worked with us for many months to “fight” our insurance company. After much back and forth and an official appraisal, our insurance company paid out for an entire new roof. Michael’s team worked for two full days to remove the old roof and install the new roof.
