This company was assigned to me through a warranty company and most of the time, it is days before I even get a return call much less an appointment. Not so with MaxAir! They responded immediately and was at my door the same day. Ethan was an exceptional diagnostic and repair technician! He had the problem diagnosed within a few minutes, ordered parts and came back to repair the next day! He was respectful, courteous and very professional. Brian was knowledgeable and timely in his service call. Not only did he answer my questions, he also was patient in demonstrating how our new thermostat panel operated. Nick was very professional, thorough and very personable. Nick showed up on time and worked really hard to replace my AC coil.
