Precision Air installed our new unit over a year ago. The install went perfectly and the installers kept our home clean and respected our family life. We just had the unit serviced for the winter. Doug was easy to work with, explained what he was doing. Everything checked out great. I highly recommend Precision Air Conditioning and Heating.

During the depths of our cold weather, our heating system malfunctioned. Amanda, who is always helpful and responsive, was able to dispatch a technician to us within hours when we thought it would be days! Doug slogged through the snow after getting stuck and arrived on time. He diagnosed our system malfunction and was able to arrange a "work-around" so that we could have heat until a part could be procured and installed several days later.
