Garage Door Repair Murfreesboro

Called the company early this morning and had a repairman on-site by 10:30am. Excellent customer service and Michael was very up front about the options and repair costs. Great work with reasonable prices. Will definitely recommend to others and will use again!

I called Garage Door Repair of Murfreesboro (also known as Rose Quality Garage Doors) in the morning to see if they would be willing to travel to Bell Buckle to repair my broken garage door. I wasn’t expecting them to come out that day, much less by noon! They exceeded my expectations as far as service, work, and cost. They were very reasonable and super friendly! Highly recommended!!

I could not get my garage door to open or close. The motor would run however the door would not function. It was later in the day so I didn’t think I’d be able to get anyone out to service my door until at least the next day. I called this company and Mike answered the phone. Even though it sounded like he was off work, he took the time to run through a few scenarios of what could be causing the issue. After about 10 to 15 minutes of instructions from Mike, I was able to fix the issue. Five stars isn’t enough for this company’s customer service, I wish there was an option for more! I highly recommend calling this company if you’re having issues with your garage door!
