I'm writing this review for Nashville Catastrophe Services for the roof replacement of my home. They first checked new codes and found changes. Others who bid did not do this. They worked with insurance company to make sure code changes were covered and THEN did the work. It was professional, on time, and many upgrades added because of code changes. This is the way a job should be done and I am completely satisfied with my experience.

Nashville Catastrophe is amazing. They worked with my schedule. Once we got everything squared away with the insurance, it took like a day for the job to be done; well it was done within a few days. They were very informative. I was able to make informed decisions. I highly recommend for all your roofing needs.

NCS was a good resource to have while dealing with the aftermath of a tornado. It allowed us to focus on our family instead of worrying too much about insurance and repairs. Their handling of our insurance claims was solid and I feel like we came away with a fair deal. Their repair crews did good work and they were always willing to come back out and tweak something if it wasn't exactly how we wanted. We appreciate the help.
