I have no complaints. Insurances are not always the easiest to deal with nor the most cooperative when submitting a claim. Kyle was prompt, honest, and straight forward from the start and communicated everything through the entire process. I was shown and explained what was necessary for my roof. He showed up every time the insurance sent someone out (multiple times) and held the insurance responsible. The crew sent to replace roof were equally prompt and professional. They tackled the project right away, completed in one day, and left no trace. After installation, the superb customer service did not end. Tri Star ensured everything was completed as requested and to our satisfaction. I don't believe we will have to ever use another company other than TriStar Roofing, and I'll spread those same sentiments to others. Thanks again guys.
