615 Plumbing

This company came to unclog a sink and was unsuccessful. They charged me $450 for not solving my problem. I then called another company, and even though they were unsuccessful they said no charge because we didn’t solve your problem. They actually treated the visit like a estimate. This is good customer service. The other company is more reputable than 615 Plumbing. I choose not to list their name. I do not recommend 615 plumbing.

This is an unfortunate review as this was quite a big project that was ongoing for over FOUR WEEKS and I recommended them to everyone until customer service and accounting got involved. (Shelby, specifically) Moral : Do not be mislead if you need to involve insurance for larger repairs. Get customer service involved from the beginning. There is a disconnect between them and their field techs. The men who came out to manage the issue and do the repairs were wonderful. They were informative, kind, trustworthy. We felt comfortable leaving them with our keys to get in and out of the house as needed. We were upfront and honest about working with insurance. In return, They were upfront about the work needed and advised us on how to handle insurance and even spoke with our insurance company over the phone.
