An ongoing issue that took a week to fix resulted in several techs in the home. All were extremely professional and courteous and eager to help. Finally fixed the issue and ARS did what was needed to make the it right on the money paid for a false diagnosis. Overall, recommend to have them out. 4 stars instead of 5 simply because it took several attempts to find the real issue. Service: HVAC system repair
ARS sent emails and texts to let me know about my appointment. They were even able to come out early! The technician was very nice and thorough. We got the airscrubber installed and I can't wait to not have to dust or smell dog as much! :) Thrilled. Service: HVAC system maintenance
The tech was Logan . I enjoyed talking to him he explained everything to me which was easy and clear. At first I was scared to call a AC unit company because I was a woman and I didn't want them to take advantage of me because I don't know a lot about the unit but he explained everything so good to me and he said that he don't look at me being just a woman he looked at me being a person that he was doing work for which was very easy and explain everything to me very well so if I have any problems please send Logan back
