They worked patiently and diligently with my insurance company, while communicating with me clearly in the process. They always made sure to be here when the adjusters (the insurance company sent out three different ones) came out, making sure they saw ALL the areas of damage, and then going back to the insurance company after they approved the claim to maximize coverage on things that weren't initially included. Bill Ragan Roofing was honest, responsive, knowledgeable in all roofing codes and regulations, and very punctual. They did an outstanding job on installing a beautiful, new, high quality roof on my home, and cleaned up so well when they were finished, you never would have know they were here.
