My family was going through a renovation and our AC unit was not working. John went out of his way to schedule an early morning appointment so that our family (including a 2 year old and 1 year old) would have AC during the heat wave. We have used them for three years and love them. John provides excellent service, is genuine, and is a great guy. He really takes the time to get to know his clients and he treats them like family. Last time he came over he took the time to say hi and play for a minute with my daughter Slater. Cannot recommend them highly enough. My heating system was not working and with a cold week ahead, I was in urgent need of repair. John Mark came by within a couple hours and diagnosed the problem–he saw my unit was still under warranty and saved me a great deal of money.
