I called them on a Friday morning and they said they could get here the same day. Two hours later Wayne showed up and said he could get the main pipe cleared. He was done in ten minutes!! He said that he has been with Drain Dr for 19 years. What a great Nashville company to use if you need drain work. I expected it to cost much more so when he told me i couldn't believe how reasonable priced they where. Service: Drain cleaning

I had a sewer blockage. I called and was quoted $170.00. I called again to confirm the price before the company came out. The plumber told me he could not access the clean-out in my basement because his machine weighed 300 pounds. I wonder how he ever accesses basements if indeed the machine weighs 300 pounds. He then pulled my toilet and cleared the sewer. I am happy with the results, but as he was leaving, I handed him an envelope with $170. in cash. He then said that the cost was extra for pulling the toilet and wanted $75.00 more. I called the company and they told me I had only given them $35.00 extra ($205.00 instead of $245) in the envelope. My mistake not to have him count. I would not use this company again even though the work was good. I had a feeling there would be some sort of bait and switch at the end and now I am even accused of lying about the money. Surely there is a company out there that would be a bit more transparent.
