Corey and Nick were super cool, and thorough. They made me feel like I didn’t have to worry about anything. I felt like the work was done efficiently and they even looked at another issue I thought I had going on under the house. I appreciate the advice. I did not feel pressured at all to agree to the other services that were offered. I kinda knew I needed them and was happy they suggested some but, I’m just not ready for the extra expenses right now. I will be calling them again when I’m ready! Thanks guys!

Will Reyes came out the past 2 days, right at the start time of the appointment window, which was really appreciated given the new AC unit Donelson installed 2 months ago isn’t working, & it’s hot out! He was courteous, explained what he was doing to troubleshoot the system, & seems to care about doing thorough & quality work. He was able to remedy the issue for now, & will come back again to work on it in more-depth to prevent this from happening again, in weeks to come. Would recommend Will to anyone needing AC help! Update: the air is no longer cool and I have another service call in the queue with Donelson Air. This will be the 4th one in two months since they installed the new unit incorrectly.

Brad and Chris were awesome, they were professional, friendly, and I could tell they had the best intentions of helping me out with my system. Truthfully one of the best and easiest services Iv ever requested. I imagine I am a lifelong customer of this business now.
