Karin Cathey came out for a water/plumbing inspection and did a really good job of walking me through the couple of concerns she found in my house and talked through all the details and options. Appreciated her time and attention to detail as it makes me feel more comfortable as a home owner to equip me with the knowledge so I can make the best decision for my family. I would also like to add that the quote to have supply lines and shutoff valves added to 2 bathrooms was outrageous. Parts at Home Depot cost $70 and the quote I received for installation and parts is almost $1900. I had someone help me install new supply lines and the shutoff valves after I had to replace my bathroom faucet and it took less than an hour for one bathroom. I guess always try to do the work yourself. But I do appreciate this companies recommendations.

Ruben Flores replaced the compressor for our Goodman split air conditioning unit. It was mid 90s outside and he worked for hours diligently to install and get the system fixed up and running. Buy him lunch. We appreciate the customer service Pioneer provided as we were customers of Frog electrical.

I requested a quote and the entire process was professional, with excellent communication. I especially appreciate Corey W.'s thoroughness, knowledge, and the time he spent providing options for the electrical work. He provided some possibilities I had not considered, and other contractors had not suggested. He concisely communicated three options, pricing, and answered all my questions.
