We had a dishwasher quit working, which requires a certified technician. The office got it set up quickly and were very nice to talk with. Garit was a great technician who came to look at our dishwasher, he arrived on time, was very kind and was honest about our options.

A storm broke my electric meter and weather mast at 1:30 am on Sunday morning. Lee Co. was the only company I called that said they would dispatch an emergency team instead of saying "we'll try to work you in". They showed up in the morning and did an excellent job or replacing the damaged equipment and getting the local electric company out to reconnect our service. Kelly did a great job scheduling Eric, the plumbing service tech to visit one of our jobs to evaluate what needed to be done to install a water line to an outdoor kitchen ice maker, Eric, the service tech, met me within an hour of my call to Kelly and did a great job letting me know what they could do and and Ted did a great job talking with me about what they would do and how much it would cost and how soon the work could be performed...
