We lost heat in Nashville home during the extreme cold weather around Christmas. Gerges came out to our home on Christmas Eve. He listened to our explanation of what was going on with the heating system, and after a quick inspection, diagnosed the problem very quickly. Only took Gerges about 20 mins to fix the issue and return heat to our home! ddd was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and explained everything he was doing with us (we have no HVAC knowledge). Gerges really made this transaction enjoyable and made us glad we chose Roscoe Brown.

Josh Guthrie Service Technician did an incredible job repairing our AC on a Sunday. He was so through that he found a leak and came back on Tuesday to complete a repair that would have caused problems in the future. He was great at explaining what needed to be done, he was on time and very professional. We look forward to him returning in the fall for winter maintenance. Joshua came to my house and installed a washer machine drain, sump pump and fixed a few leaks on a house that we had just bought that a previous company had messed up before we moved in.
