Myers Plumbing Heating Cooling

Of all the heating/cooling/plumbing companies out there, I am so grateful for my relationship with Myers. The are professional and reliable! In addition to being caring, they are responsive and their team members are so great. From an old heater that went out Jan. 1 a few years ago -- to a water heater that went out last night during the pandemic, the Myers crew came to my rescue. Sonny and Gary are tops! Thank you for making me feel like a special customer.

They responded in a timely manor, the service tech was very thorough and professional. Overall I'm happy with the quality of the service (for now, only time will tell longevity of work) My biggest complaint was price. To fix a leaky exterior faucet and add a main shut off valve was $450. There was no break out of labor rates or parts cost. Parts seem like they were $50 in total which means $200 an hour for labor seems unreasonable.

I have had great experience with Myers for both plumbing and HVAC. Their techs arrive on schedule, are neat, respectful, and professional. I use their seasonal maintenance plan that prolongs the life of my HVAC units. I've also had them repair a couple of plumbing issues. They are not the cheapest, but are reasonable and reliable.
