Move to a new to me condo.. I needed to replace my H&A. Called Dales H&A and Andrew came out. Andrew has helped me in years past. Andrew is very knowledgeable and listened to my needs. Every experience I have had with Dales has been great! The technicians always go the extra mile, and in this instance, that was literal! My toddler let the dog out and the tech thought it was his fault and ran after him (we got him eventually) Kyle was professional, friendly, communicative, and on time.
