Elect Plumbing and Drain of Ooltewah

Booking an appointment online was extremely easy and they send text confirmation. The appointment window was short so you aren’t waiting around all day, they also send a text on their way which is so nice and you know exactly when to expect them. Upon arrival, Steve and his apprentice were both very friendly and professional! They explained the pricing upfront and then repaired my issue very quickly and easily. This is our second time using Elect Plumbing, and we've been very happy. We're relatively new to the area (2 years), so we didn't have a lot to go off of. Both times I've spoken with Steve the owner, and he himself came out for our second (unrelated) job. He and his technicians have been extremely professional, courteous, clean, helpful, and on-time. Both times we've received fast work with very reasonable pricing. Hopefully I don't have to call ANY plumbers, but if I have to, I'll definitely be calling Elect Plumbing again, lol.

I am so thankful that this plumbing company was referred to me! We had a leak from our water meter, and Steve quickly responded to my call. He sent Issac to address the problem, and it was repaired in a timely manner. Issac was courteous and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs!
