Brad's Home Improvements

We worked with Brad on an extensive remodel in Gatlinburg. Brad is a master carpenter and true perfectionist. His skill set is extensive in the fact he can do all types of work (plumbing, electrical, framing, flooring, finish carpentry, etc. . . ). Brad was very good to communicate with me daily and always provided detailed notes as to the work performed by him. I also appreciated Brad’s ability to provide creative cost-saving solutions to challenges that presented during the remodel. Brad has a wealth of knowledge in regards to all aspects of construction and we would not hesitate to hire him again for another construction/remodel project!

We found Brad's business by doing a Google search for handyman services which we needed for our rental cabin. Ultimately, we selected Brad based on his previous reviews and his quick response to our inquiries. We were very pleased with our selection. Brad's professionalism and attention to detail really impressed us. A few of the tasks Brad performed was replacing the flooring in two of our bathrooms with vinyl tiles. While doing this job, he also replaced a rusted toilet flange, water lines and floor to toilet seals. He replaced a damaged section of our rain gutter and painted the replacement piece to match the existing gutter. He also cleaned the gutters and installed gutter guards. He replaced/repaired ceiling drywall that was damaged due to a previous water leak. All of these tasks were performed to our utmost satisfaction.
