Brad's Home Improvements

We worked with Brad on an extensive remodel in Gatlinburg. Brad is a master carpenter and true perfectionist. His skill set is extensive in the fact he can do all types of work (plumbing, electrical, framing, flooring, finish carpentry, etc. . . ). Brad was very good to communicate with me daily and always provided detailed notes as to the work performed by him. I also appreciated Brad’s ability to provide creative cost-saving solutions to challenges that presented during the remodel. Brad has a wealth of knowledge in regards to all aspects of construction and we would not hesitate to hire him again for another construction/remodel project!

Brad Thomas has done a couple jobs for us. The first was a garden shed affixed to our home and included electrical and water. It’s well-built and very attractive. The second is a garden – not just any garden, but one which will not allow any animals or birds in and matches the aesthetics of our landscaping. We could not be more pleased with both outcomes. Throughout, Brad makes smart suggestions, is meticulous in every single aspect of the job, is incredibly knowledgeable in more areas than most, and very thoughtful as to function, stability, and design. He’s trustworthy, pleasant, considerate, and always shows up. And all these reasons are why we’ve requested he return for at least 3 more jobs when he’s available. We’d trust Brad to do any job, do it very well, and to be fair, and therefore we recommend him highly.

Brad did a great job installing hardwood flooring in our cabin. Highly recommend Brad for his quality work and his attention to detail. He helped us out on short notice and got the flooring installed in time for a Christmas booking.
