Five stars are fake or paid, they will call you if you don't give them a five-star review. 1. Overcharging, $220 for nothing to get done. I paid $98 after-hour fee for them to come to take a look at it. They told me they can't fix the issue because it was an HVAC issue and then charged me an extra $120 for didn't do anything. It costs me $220 in total for them just to take a look at my house. My friend told me they charged her $60 for an after-hour fee. They charge you whatever price they want. 2. Condescending, and very rude. I called them and asked about the detail of the billing. They said the bill is a mistake, the plumber is doing me a favor and charging me less, it should be $370. Their attitude was very bad and yelled at me three times on the phone "do you want me to change your bill to $370? You should appreciate it, do you understand?". I have never been treated like that before.
