We had to replace our 23 yr old A/C unit, heat pump with a new, more efficient unit. These guys came to work, they were quick & very efficient taking out the old heat pump & A/C unit & installing the new ones. They moved the inside & outside units so the air flow was more efficient. They made sure everything was working to our satisfaction before they left. If you are looking for a local company that does excellent work, a company that will be there on time & have employees that are courteous & very knowledgeable, you can't go wrong using LB Chase Mechanical. Installed Rinnai tankless water heater. Exceptionally clean installation. Professional, friendly technicians. Left the install area as if they had never worked there...very clean.
