My washer went out and it was under warranty. Riverbend Home Repairs was the second service to try and fix it. The owner came and took my washer, communicated with the warranty company, and went through multiple parts. They were determined to get my washer working. The warranty company was less than pleasant to work with so I’m very appreciative of this company’s dedication to the customer. After 2 months I have my washer back and it’s working like new. We’ve called on Riverbend to help us with service and repairs at our rental property in Gatlinburg. It’s nice to work with and trust someone who can be eyes and ears when you’re so far away. They have been responsive, offering ideas and support solutions if they cannot make it to the site on day one, and fair pricing. They will continue to be our “go to” home appliance service provider.
